Who This Policy Applies To
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of MedSpanish made through Summit Digital Group LLC or its merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
Refund Window
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases of MedSpanish. To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, email support@medspanish.com from the email address used for your purchase, or include that purchase email in your message. To help us process the request quickly, include the approximate purchase date and any Lemon Squeezy receipt or order details you have available.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Timing depends on your payment provider and bank, but refunds are typically reflected within several business days after processing.
After A Refund
If a refund is issued, access to paid MedSpanish features may be revoked. Any continued access after a refund is granted is temporary and does not waive our right to disable paid access.
